GSV is led by Lola Emetulu, founder and principal. Each business is built for a specific institutional question: who governs us well, where do we house people we want to keep close, and who do we trust to refer the next senior hire. Three disciplines, named honestly, kept separate where they should be, joined where they reinforce one another.
